Adam Bursik, a seasoned bartender known for his creative flair, leads the team at Origin Bar, which was crowned No. 32 at Asia's 50 Best Bars 2024. Located within the Shangri-La Hotel, Origin Bar is a journey in itself, offering an experiential blend of over 600 spirits, including rare rums from around the world.
Adam will present four special cocktails from their newly launched INFINITY menu, using The Singleton whisky. Paired with soulful hip hop from our resident DJs Crip, it’s an evening not to be missed.
